This is a multi-function writing instrument featuring Hello Kitty by Sanrio, produced in Japan in 2007. The twist mechanism switches between a ballpoint pen and a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil. Finished with a molded character clip, rubber grip, and printed barrel design. Made in Japan with Sanrio licensing printed on the barrel. The pen advances properly; the ink cartridge has dried from storage and may require replacement. Mechanical pencil function is present. Light surface wear consistent with age.
