Up for sale, a tube of Eversharp V Mail Red Top Lead. This lead was introduced during WWII and was used to write letter to soldiers overseas. The letters were then photographed and put on microfilm and reproduce once they reached there destination. This is really a cool piece of history. The tube is in good shape for its age. It does have a wear spot on the side of the red top. Inside it contains 34 pieces of 2 3/4” lead and there are 3 smaller pieces.
