Color Red Mottled finish seems to be hard rubber. (Wahl was making these pencils in celluloid and hard rubber.). The trim is gold filled. Manufacturer and Year Wahl Eversharp USA - 1924-30. Like many Wahl pencils the design requires you to push them in in order to retract.
