I know nothing about mechanical pencils but happened to come across a large box of them at an estate sale and will be listing many pens and mechanical pencils in the coming weeks. Apparently, Caran d'ache no longer makes this model. ID based on another eBay listing and Google search. No major scratches or damage. Eraser hasn't been used and there's several pieces of lead in the pencil.
