Retractable gold FIlled Pencil with 14KT gold filled chain

Retractable gold filled pencil by unknown maker. I believe there may have been hallmark surrounding the bottom however it has been rubbed off throughout the years through years. Even with magnifier I can not decipher it. The pattern appears to be Art Nouveau depicting a lady with flowers. The pencil is 4.5" and retracts to 2.25" approximate. The gold filled chain has "SA"stamped on it as well as "14KTGFS". I would send extra lead to accompany the pencil. It appears to be filled through the bottom. Free Shipping within the USA!
