Sterling Silver Montblanc Meisterstuck Barleycorn Mechanical Pencil Needs Repair

There is a crack in plastic barrel, when you press down on the main mechanism lead feeds out correctly, but when the cap is on the twist mechanism does not work, I'm assuming that's due to the crack, the snowcap doesn't come off, it just spins. Small dent as shown in the pictures.
