This is an Autopoint Utility Real Thin Leads mechanical pencil in yellow. Very neat pencil made in the USA by pencil giant Autopoint. The twist end is working properly and has lead in it, unsure of the hardness. This one is free from any advertising, which was typical of Autopoint. Nice clean working "modern" writing instrument / collectible easy to use. New old stock vintage "Legendary Lead Co." leads and erasers can still be sourced.
