Vintage Brass Band Autopoint Twinpoint Mechanical Pencil Red / Black ends, Early

This is an Autopoint Twinpoint mechanical pencil, common for use by book keepers or anyone who needed to use two colors (typically red and black) in a ledger. This one is free from advertising imprints. Very neat historical pencil made in the USA by pencil giant Autopoint. Both ends are working properly and have lead in them. From what I understand, this is an early example with the brass banded midsection. New Old Stock vintage "Legendary Pencil Co." leads can still be sourced for these reliable daily workhorse writers.
