This vintage combo ballpoint pen and mechanical pencil is a unique addition to any collection. With chrome trim and a gold tone cap, it features an engraved name of the Hon. Joseph M. Sherman & the seal of the State of Rhode Island. Made of both plastic and metal, it has a lead diameter of 1.18mm and a lead grade of HB. In addition to being a writing instrument, this pen and pencil combo also has a special feature – it twists continuously. It is a vintage item, with an unknown country or region of manufacture. The honorable Joseph M Sherman also had this pen and pencil combo engraved, making it a one-of-a-kind item. This is truly a very rare item.
