For sale is this Vintage SCRIPTO P-3-47 Mechanical Aluminum Pencil ATLANTA USA with Bullet Type Cap. Vintage item has wear from age and use, the pencil does work, but when turned back it doesn’t retract. I’m not sure if was supposed to back then. Probably from the 1930’s or 40’s.
