Vintage Sheaffer Balance Standard-size Brown Celluloid pencil from the 1940s with the "military" style clip. Slight wear to the clip visible in the photo, otherwise good condition for its age. Vintage "Legendary Pencil Co." leads can still be sourced for these. The pencil has a personalization imprint visible in the last photo. The color is very good on this pen with no signs of celluloid deterioration. It has been tested and the mechanism is stiff, but working. Nice historic "military era" vintage writing instrument.
