Vintage Sheaffer “Pearlie” Utility Mechanical Pencil in uncommon PINK plastic

This is a Sheaffer's Utility mechanical pencil referred to as "Pearlies" by collectors for the pearl celluloid portion, often used for an advertising screen print. This one is unmarked and overall very clean condition. Pink is a less commonly found color. Very neat historical pencil made in Fort Madison, IA by writing instrument giant, Sheaffer. The nose propel end is working properly with a small piece of lead in it. New "Legendary Pencil Co." leads and erasers can still be sourced for these vintage writing instruments making them reliable daily writers.
