Used, but in good condition for its age. Very few markings. The clip is marked Steiner. The eraser cap says gold filled. The barrel is some sort of plastic, possibly celluloid. It has a beautiful woodgrain that is still bright and vivid with browns and reddish orange colors. Under the cab is a large black eraser. We have not tried to remove the eraser as it is aged and hardened. Twisting the cap causes lead to come forth or retract. Lead diameter appears to be 1.15 mm.
