Vintage Wahl Eversharp Twist Activated Mechanical Pencil – plain gold filled

This is a 1920s era Wahl Eversharp twist activated mechanical pencil in plain gold fill. Very elegant pencil, these are typcially personalized with encryptions, however this one is clean. The twist mechanism has not been tested, there is no lead present. The pencil is free from deep dents or deep scratches, there is one minor dent and a slight bit of brassing (wear of the gold fill) near the nose cone end. Nice clean writing instrument / historic collectible. New old stock vintage "Legendary Lead Co." leads and erasers can still be sourced.
